1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21.12.2021, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the learned Tribunal directed for obtaining instruction from the State through the learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department by order dated 28.08.2015 and interim order was passed observing that the applicant/petitioner shall not be relieved if not already relieved.

Notices were issued subsequently on 04.07.2016 the matter was never taken up/pursued thereafter.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
