Mr. Mahanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is a resident seeking proper implementation of MGNREGA work code in respect of Sunapali Gram Panchayat regarding water conservation by construction of Amritsarabar at Gudibundha. His client made representation dated 15th September, 2022 to opposite parties. He prays for direction for consideration of the representation.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, opposite party no.2 will duly deal with the representation.
