This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No. 994 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.994 of 2015.

The Petitioner challenged the selection process for the post of Assistant Revenue Inspector and Amin in the district of Deogarh in connection with advertisement dated 21.12.2011 and consequential order dated 03.08.2012 without considering promotion in respect of eligible Class-IV employee. 4.
At the time of hearing, Mr. Swapnil Roy, proxy counsel on behalf of Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in this regard and the matter seems to have been rendered infructuous due to efflux of time.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous granting liberty to the Petitioner to revive
