Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Serious allegation is made against the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Nuapada, O.P.1 that even after disposal of the objection of the Petitioner on the maintainability of Election Petition No.2/2022 on a copy being applied through copy application finds place at Annexure-4 of the Brief, no such order has been supplied to the Petitioner by way of certified copy and the Petitioner is unable to proceed further.

Considering the copy application appears to have been filed on 29.9.2022, this Court directs, in the event there is passing of final order on the objection of the Petitioner on the maintainability,

// 2 // certified copy thereof shall be supplied to the Petitioner at least within three days of providing copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
