Heard Mr. R.B. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B.C.Ghadei, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. 3.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To admit this O.A issue notice to the Respondents and after hearing all the parties to this O.A, may, issue, and may further be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the applicant and this Hon'ble Tribunal be further pleased to direct the Respondents to allow the applicant to appear in the OSSC Examination as per the advertisement dated 05.12.2013, vide Annexure-1".

It is submitted by Mr. S.N. Pattanaik, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.4 that the processes of selection pursuant to advertisement issued on 5.12.2013 under Annexure-1 has already been finalized, there is no chance to allow the applicant to appear in the said examination. 5.

In view of the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition and taking into account the fact that there is no interim order

// 2 // protect in the interest, the prayer as made in the Writ Petition cannot be allowed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
