1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/332/353/294/506/342/431/427/435/307/338/337/ 269/270/ 188/149 of IPC & Section-3 & 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 & Section-3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and Section-51 of Disaster Management Act 2005.
3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail in connection with G.R Case No.206 of 2020 arising out of Tirtol P.S. Case No.212 of 2020 pending in
// 2 // the court of learned J.M.F.C., Tirtol within a period of three weeks' from today, he shall be allowed to go on bail considering upon the grant of bail already granted vide order dated 25.10.2021 by the learned Court below on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that the Petitioner shall appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case.
4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
