Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(a) Direct the respondents to open the sealed cover procedure of DPC / Selection Board Meeting held in May, 2011 for promotion to the Post of O.A.S, GroupA (S.B) and in case the applicant found suitable by the DPC Meeting held in May' 2011, direct the Respondents to effect promotion in favour of the applicant forthwith with all consequential benefits. (b) Declare that the applicant is entitled to promotion to the rank of promotion to O.A.S., Group-A (S.B) w.e.f. 29.5.2013, the date on which Sk. Jamiruddin and Rajshree Singh junior to the applicant promoted to the rank of O.A.S., Group-A (S.B.).
(c) Issue any other order (s) / direction (s) which would afford complete relief to the applicant in the facts and circumstances of the case".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 05.05.2013 under Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without
// 2 // expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
