3. Since there is no interim order and process of selection has already been completed, no relief as prayed for can be granted.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

5. However, it is observed that if any cause of action still subsists, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the authority within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law within a period of three months.
