This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No. 1119 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1119 of 2015.

The Petitioner sought to challenge the Office order communicated vide Memo No. 2420 dated 4.4.2014 by the Executive Engineer, Mayurbhanj Irrigation Division, Baripada, whereby withdrawal of payment of Grade Pay and D.A. basing on communication dated 20.3.2014 by the Govt. in the Department of Water Resources has been directed. 4.
Learned State Administrative Tribunal as an interim measure vide order dated 14.5.2014 has been pleased to direct not to give effect to said direction.

During course of hearing, Mr. Swapnil Roy, proxy counsel on behalf of Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in the matter.

Since the matter is of the year 2014 and by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. 7.
In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous granting liberty to the Petitioner to revive the petition within a period of 90 days from today, if any cause of action still survives.
