This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1120 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1120 of 2015.

The Petitioner, appointed as Amin on daily wages basis, has sought for a direction to the Opposite Parties to bring him over to regular/wages establishment.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Swapnil Roy, proxy counsel on behalf of Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in this regard and the matter seems to have been rendered infructuous due to efflux of time.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous granting liberty to the Petitioner to revive
