2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

To direct to the respondents for issuance of engagement order in favour of the applicant as a contract Teacher w.e.f. 11.06.2015 i.e. the date of counseling when other similarly situated candidates were given engagement order alongwith all consequential service benefits thereof.

3. It is submitted by Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the department that in the meantime process of selection has already been completed and none of the selected candidate has been impleaded as a party to the writ petition. Today, when the matter was called, nobody was also present on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Since none of the selected candidate has been impleaded as a party to the writ petition, the writ petition is not maintainable and accordingly the same is dismissed (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge sangita
