It is submitted that the Petitioner has died in the meantime and there is a pending appeal involving the order of conviction in the Criminal Proceeding. This matter cannot be entertained at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner to undertake appropriate exercise but however, depending on the ultimate outcome in the Criminal Appeal No.614 of 2011. 2.

With the above observation the WPC(OAC) stands dropped. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
