This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 187 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No. 187 of 2016.

The Petitioner claims for monetary benefits like 1st, 2nd and 3rd Assured Career Progression (ACP) after 15, 25 & 30 years respectively and consequential increase in the pension. 4.

None appears for the Petitioner. It seems that the Petitioner has submitted the representation as well as reminder to the Director General of Police and Inspector General of Police, Cuttack.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the said representation and dispose of the same by the reasoned order which shall be communicated to the Petitioner. (M.S. Raman) Judge Laxmikant
