This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 11.9.2018 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur, Ganjam in G.R.Case No.837 of 2018 corresponding to Berhampur Mahila P.S. Case No.29 of 2018 taking cognizance of offences punishable under Sections 498A/323/294/506/34 read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act. 2.

None had appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called in the first hour, for which the matter had been passed over. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called for the second time. 3.

The CRLMC is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. ............................
