1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The applicant-petitioner filed the original application against the non-inclusion of her name in the received application list published in the Director Higher Education website on 13.01.2014 though the applicant applied for the post on 20.11.2013 through Speed Post and the authority has received on 21.11.2013.

3. Since the advertisement was of the year, 2013, the cause of action might be extinguished. So, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

4. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
