The Original Application No.191 (C) of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No. 191 of 2016.

The Petitioner being aggrieved by order No.4584 dated 24.09.2012, whereby she was transferred on the basis of bottom up policy.

Heard Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

Since 2016, this matter has been pending and this matter is neither moved nor being pursued by the Petitioner. In such view of the matter, it is construed that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter any further. 6.
