This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 22nd December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is revealed that the notices were issued on 01.06.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued thereafter nor there is any further pleadings on behalf of either of the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the O.A. was filed challenging to the process of recruitment and selection initiated in the year 2015 challenging the reject list dated 07.05.2015 containing the name of the petitioner. 5.

It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been rendered infructuous due to long pendency.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
