Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the order dated 19.11.2013 passed by the Opposite Party No.3 under Annexure-11.

This Court finds that the very said order is appealable in nature. Hence this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and while disposing the same permits the Petitioner to move an appeal against the said order, if he so advised within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
It is further observed that if any such an appeal will be filed within the aforesaid time period fixed by this Court, the appellate authority shall entertain the appeal and decide the same on its own merit without insisting on any delay in filing of the same.
