1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner applied for the Odisha Civil Services Examination, 2011 with subject Paper-II i.e. Law, but inadvertently, in the admission certificate for programme of examination, it was stated for her appearance for Paper-II Commerce and Accountancy instead of law.
3. Since the Odisha Civil Services Examination, 2011 is over, the cause of action does not seem to be surviving.
4. In view of such facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
