1. The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-1) shall be examined by the Collector, Dhenkanal (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.5 and giving them a hearing, the Collector, Dhenkanal (Opposite Party No.2) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 2nd January, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
