1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 294/506/323/324/427 of IPC.
3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail in connection with C.T Case No.306 of 2022 arising out of Manamunda P.S. Case No.202 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal within a period of three weeks' from today, he shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by
// 2 // the said court; shall not terrorize or intimidate the informant party or any of their member in any manner whatsoever while on bail; shall appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case and shall appear before the I.O. / I.I.C. of the concerned P.S. once in a week on such date and time fixed by the I.O. / I.I.C. for a period of six months or till submission of the Final Form as the case may be.
4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
