Mr. Pati, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, in view of information given on behalf of the bank that the account was closed on 18th February, 2019, consequent thereto his client has to take appropriate steps to move the authorities. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State while Mr. Dey, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.2.
