1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This matter has been transferred to this Court after abolition of Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. The petitioner challenges the inaction of the opposite parties in rejecting her OMR Application Form of Odisha Civil Services Examination, 2011.

4. Since the recruitment process for the aforesaid examination, 2011 has already been concluded, the cause of action must have lost its significance.

5. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
