The Original Application No. 189 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No. 189 of 2016.

The Original Application was filed alleging inaction on the part of the Opposite Party in not granting arrear dues on account of enhanced D.A. relating to 1994 to 2006, differential amount from 1996 to 2006, differential amount of unutilized leave salary and surrender leave salary. 3.

A memo has come to be filed on 19th July, 2022 before this Court seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition as the matter has become infructuous during the pendency of the present petition. The said memo is taken on record.
