1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging rejection of application form for not allowing to appear in OPSC preliminary examination-2011 which was held on 19.01.2014 in spite of fulfilling basic formalities of OMR paras including furnishing Treasury Challan at the time of submission of the application form.

3. Mr. S.B.Jena, learned counsel for the OPSC/opposite parties submits that since the matter is pertaining to the year 2014 and recruitment process has already been over, the cause of action raised in the writ petition must have lost its relevance.

4. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
