ORDER

1. Mr. Panigrahi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client wants execution of sale deed from Chief Administrator, Lord Shri Jagannath Temple (opposite party no.1.). He has fulfilled the requirements and thereafter made representation dated 6th September, 2021 to said opposite party.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the temple is governed by provisions under Shri Jagannath Temple Act, 1955. 3.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice on opposite party no.1. Said opposite party is directed to consider and deal with the representation, copy of which is at annexure-6. Petitioner will approach the said opposite party with copy of the representation along with this

// 2 // order. Opposite party no.1 will cause execution or sale deed or inform the petitioner as to why it cannot be done. Either way the representation must be dealt with within three weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
