1. This is an application for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

2. Heard Mr. A.S. Paul, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. After hearing learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party and considering the fact that the Petitioner was released on interim bail on 28.3.2022, the period of interim bail as directed by order dated 17.02.2022 is extended till 22nd July, 2022. The Petitioner is directed to surrender himself on or before 22nd July, 2022 before the learned trial court, failing which learned trial court shall take appropriate steps including issuance of NBW of arrest to

apprehend him. The rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.

4. I.A. is disposed of.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules in course of the day.
