It is stated by Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner Order No.
that there has been some recommendation in favour of some of the Petitioners and such document has been filed through additional affidavit, which is not on record.

Considering that in similar situation a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already disposed of similar nature of writ petition, but however with a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 therein to take a lawful decision on the claim of the Petitioners taking into account the recommendation made by the Opposite Party No.3 at Annexure-18 & 19 therein against the vacancies available in the regular establishment, this Court finds, the direction contained in WPC(OAC) No.1042 of 2014 disposed of on 9.05.2014 has direct application to the case at hand, as the case at hand also involves similar recommendation by Opposite Party No.3 on 28.12.2021 & 9.02.2022 at Annexures-17 & 18. Considering the application of parity of the order
// 2 // passed in WPC(OAC) No.1042 of 2014 to the case at hand, this matter stands disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the case of the Petitioner in terms of the recommendation already there in favour of the Petitioner vide Annexures-17 & 18 against available regular vacancies, by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the order in WPC(OA) No.1042 of 2014 by the Petitioner.
