1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, the Informant and the State.
2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 341/294/323/325/354/379/506/34, I.P.C. read with Section 25 of Arms Act, in connection with Kanpur P.S. Case No.159 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.360 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Narasinghpur.
3. Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that there is report of Criminal Antecedents against Petitioner Nos.2 & 5 - namely Rashmi Ranjan Mahalik and SGS Manu Dhal @ Manu Dhal under different offences of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 25 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press the bail application in respect of Petitioner Nos.2 and 5. Accordingly, the bail application of Petitioner Nos.2 and 5 - namely Rashmi Ranjan Mahalik and SGS Manu Dhal @ Manu Dhal stands dismissed as not pressed.

So far as Petitioner Nos.1, 3, 4, 6 & 7 - namely Pradyumna Kumar Routray @ Rout, Aswini Mahalik, Jayadev Rout, Sunil Barik @ Bariki and Ajit Kumar Rout @ Ajit Barik respectively are concerned, keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offence, it is directed that in the event Petitioner Nos.1, 3, 4, 6 & 7 surrender and move for bail before the learned J.M.F.C., Narasinghpur in the aforesaid C.T. Case within a period of three weeks hence, they shall be admitted to bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court, but subject to the further conditions that they shall appear before the I.O.
once in a week till submission of chargesheet; shall not indulge themselves in any other similar criminal activities; and shall also appear before the trial court on each date of trial, without fail, till conclusion of the trial. Violation of any of the conditions, as above, shall entail cancellation of the bail automatically.
6. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
