This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) To quash the Letter No.3541, dated 19.02.2015 and Letter No.6407, dated 20.03.2015. So far as posting of the applicant is concerned under Annexure-11 and 12.

(ii) To issue appropriate order directing the Respondents to treat the applicant in the work-charged established as Hindi Teacher with effect from his date of initial appointment with all consequential benefits to more emphatically prior to dated 12.04.1993.

(iii) To issue an order directing the Respondent No.1 for absorbing the applicant as work-charged Hindi Teacher till observe in the regular establishment of Water Resources Department.

(iv) And pass such other orders / directions as deem fit and proper to do substantial justice".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
