1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the cause-title of the bail application, so far as the name of the court is concerned.

3. Accordingly, in para-4(i) of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14100 of 2022, the words "District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Angul," are hereby corrected and replaced by the words "Addl. District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Talcher".

4. If the Petitioners have not yet been arrested till date, then one week's further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 03.11.2022, other conditions in the said order remaining intact.

5. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
