The Original Application Provisional No.49(C) of 2016 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAPC) No.49 of 2016. 3.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by contractual appointment instead of regular appointment and prayed for direction to the Opposite Parties to issue a formal order of regular appointment with all consequential service and monetary benefits. 4.

At the time of hearing today, the counsel for the Petitioner sought for unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition. 5.

In view of the prayer being made, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
