1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The applicant-petitioner seeks for calling upon the respondent No.3 to earmark reservation of one post of Revenue Inspector in terms of G.O. Nos.25384/Gen. dated 20.09.2005 and 11819/Gen. dated 30.04.2013 and quashing the action of the respondent No.3 in denying reservation of one post in the said cadre for sportsperson. Further, he seeks to direct the respondent No.3 to allow him to participate in the interview.

3. Since the said advertisement was of the year, 2014, the cause of action seems to have not surviving. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

4. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
