1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification and extension of time is allowed.

3. In the fifth line of para-4 of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14102 of 2022, the words and figures "C.T. Case No.306 of 2022 arising out of Manamunda P.S. Case No.202 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal" are hereby corrected and replaced by the words and figures "C.T. Case No.335 of 2022 arising out of Khariar P.S. Case No.342 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khariar".

5. Three weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below as per the aforesaid order dated 03.11.2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.
