1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2.The petitioner, who is a candidate for the selection of M.P.H.W.(Female) pursuant to the advertisement No.2647/27.06.2013 published by the Chief District Medical Officer, Ganjam (opposite party No.3), has filed this petition being aggrieved by the final Selection List published in the website as notified in Notice No.26 dated 01.01.2014 on the grounds that the candidates securing less marks than that of the petitioner, have been selected.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter is pertaining to the year 2014, he does not have any instructions from his client. He also submits that the cause of action might not be surviving any more.

4. In view of the above submissions made, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
