This writ petition has been filed challenging the action of Sub-Registrar, Tangi in not accepting the sale deed for registration.

Vide order dated 11th November, 2022, the Petitioner was directed to produce the sale deed purportedly executed by her. Neither the sale deed has been filed pursuant to the order dated 11th November, 2022 nor any one appears to pursue the matter.
