1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No
2. Heard Mr. Khuntia, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer.
"To direct the opposite parties to treat the applicant as Jr. Teacher with effect from 11.2.2007 and Asst. Teacher with effect from 11.2.2010 taking into account the date of appointment of applicant as 11.2.2004 To direct the opposite parties to grant all service and consequential benefits taking into account the date of appointment of applicant as 11.2.2004."
3. It is submitted that the petitioner is engaged as Sikhya Sahayak and while continuing as such, he was disengaged pursuant to the order passed by this Court in OJC No.11748 of 2003. It is submitted that subsequently the petitioner again participated in the process of selection and he was re-engaged as Sikhya Sahayak and it is also submitted that he is continuing as such. Since the petitioner pursuant to the order passed by this Court was disengaged and subsequently re-engaged by taking part in
// 2 // the selection process, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be allowed. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
