2. Heard.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the selection process and the select list prepared by the selection committee and consequential denial of appointment in favour of the petitioner even though the petitioner has secured higher marker than other candidates.

4. Since the recruitment process is pertaining to the year 2013 and the cause of action raised in the writ petition filed in the year 2014 does not seem to be surviving any more.

5. Learned counsel for the State is also in sync with the submission as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner..

6. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
