Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the Respondents to regularize the service of the applicant from 05.08.1994 to 05.01.1999 by extending all service and financial benefits within a stipulated time".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 15.03.2016 under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
