This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Bargaon-Opposite Party No.4 to call for the case record of Mutation Case No.1013 of 2009 from the Tahasildar, Rajgangpur-Opposite Party No.3 and dispose of the same at an early date.

However, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo has prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the appropriate forum.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
