2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"a. Necessary direction may be issued to the Respondents to assign appropriate seniority in favour of the applicant from the date of her appointment i.e.

22.8.1990 in stead of 5.11.1997 in the gradation list o Level-V by considering the representation submitted by the applicant with all consequential financial benefits forthwith or within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

b. The Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously pleased to pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as would be deem fit and proper be issued.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is going to retire from service on 31st August, 2022, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 within a period of ten days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law before retirement of the petitioner from service. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
