1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the fixation of upper age 25 years as on 1.1.13 is erroneous and illegal for which the writ petition has been filed to quash the clause 5 of the advertisement in fixing the upper age limit as 25 years as on 1.1.2013.

3. Since the matter is of the year 2014 and recruitment process might have already been over, the cause of action raised in the writ petition must have lost its relevance.

4. Learned counsel for the State is also in sync with the submission as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner..

5. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
