2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"To direct the respondents to release the family pension with death gratuity w.e.f 30.8.2001 i.e. from the date of death of her husband and arrear family pension with interest in declaring the retrenchment order under Annexure-2 is illegal in view of the judgment dt.15.7.2015 of Hon'ble High Court passed in W.P.(C ) 11274 of 2009 be paid within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.4 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.4 in accordance with law within a

// 2 // period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.4 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
