I.A. No.2594 of 2022

1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. The prayer for modification, as sought for in the I.A., is allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application, so far as the father's name of Petitioner No.1 is concerned.

3. Ten days' further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioners to surrender before the court below as per the order dated 14.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14109 of 2022, but subject to payment of cost of Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court.

4. It is made clear that, this order will not be in force, in case the Petitioners fail to take advantage of the present order.

5. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
