3. The petitioner has challenged the advertisement No.5/201314 published for recruitment of Lecturer in different disciplines in (Group-A) of Odisha Education Service (College Branch) under the Department of Higher Education for which he has filed Original Application and subsequently it has been transferred to this Court.

4. Since the matter is of the year 2014, the cause of action raised in this writ petition, must have lost its relevance. Accordingly, The WPC(OAC) has become infructuous.

5. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.

6. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
