2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The petitioner approached this Court with a prayer to bring him from the work charged establishment to the regular establishment and to absorb him in any post as he has completed five years of continuous service in the work charged establishment.
4. In course of hearing, on 28.07.2022, learned Government Advocate submitted on instructions that the service of the petitioner has already been brought over to the regular establishment and that he has already joined on 17th December, 2019.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts he has not been able to contact his client and therefore, requests that the matter may be disposed of on the basis of the submissions made by learned Government Advocate.
6. Since the main relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition has already been granted by bringing him over to the
regular establishment and he is also said to have been joined on 17.12.2019, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition, which is therefore, disposed of accordingly. (Sashikanta Mishra) Judge A.K. Rana
