This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 9th December, 2021 after the O.A. was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 28.01.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner after unfortunate demise of the learned counsel who was engaged earlier. It is further submitted that due to long pendency, the matter has been rendered infructuous. 5.
Learned AGA submits that nothing would survive for determination in the present writ petition as the matter involves a challenge to fixing of upper age limit in the advertisement of the year 2013 for appointment to the post of Homeopathic
// 2 // Medical Officer and the selection process has long since been over and the appointments have also been made pursuant to the selection.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
