1. By means of this Interim Application, the Petitioner seeks for a modification in the cause-title as well as para-4 of the order dated 03.11.2022, so far as nomenclature of the C.T. case is concerned. He also seeks for extension of time for the Petitioners to surrender.

2. Prayer for modification is allowed.

3. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title and body of the bail application in court today, and the "C.T. Case" reflected in the cause-title as well as in the body of the bail application is alleged to be corrected as "G.R. Case".

4. Likewise, in the 6th line of para-4 of the above order, the words "C.T. Case" be corrected and replaced by the words "G.R. Case".

5. Three weeks further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender before the competent court as per the order dated 03.11.2022 passed in the ABLAPL, other conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.

6. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly with the aforesaid modifications.
