Learned counsel for the State submits that within the stipulated period, the trial could not be concluded, hence, this I.A. is filed by the petitioner.

In order to ascertain the present status with respect to the trial in G.R. Case No.500 of 2015, the Court is inclined to call for a report from the court concerned.

Hence, it is ordered.

Call for a report from the court of the learned SDJM, Khurda vis-à-vis the status in respect of G.R. Case No.500 of 2015 corresponding to Khurda Model P.S. Case No.211 of 2015 so as to reach this Court well before the next date.
