This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 169 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No. 169 of 2016.

Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had appeal against the order dated 28th June, 2012 passed by the Commandant, OSAP, 6th Battalion, and Cuttack in connection with departmental proceeding No.14 dated 22th July, 2010, s he also submitted that the appeal to be disposed of by the Additional Director General of Police, OSAP, Odisha, Cuttack.

Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate does not have objection that appeal is disposed of within the time stipulated.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the appeal as at Annexure-7 filed by the Petitioner on 3rd January, 2013 within a period of

// 2 // two months after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. The Opposite Party No.1 is at liberty to pass an appropriate reasoned order and connected the same to the Petitioner thereafter.
